Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the home decor items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely and in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
