With his timeless cylindrical shape, the cylindrical glass jar allows conditioning and food preservation.
Available in two formats — 106 mL (TO 48) and 390 mL (TO 82) — he adapts to a multitude of uses: ideal for jams in tasting format, spreads, condiments, but also for sauces, vegetables and many other gourmet recipes.
This jar is suitable for:
- A sterilization (treatment at a temperature higher than 100°C, to be made with sterilizable capsules)
- A pasteurization (treatment at 100°C maximum, to be carried out with capsules pasteurizable).
It is used with screw caps Twist Off (not included), available in several colors depending on the diameter of the closure, for a finish personalized.
